Power steering issues !!

So to sum up after a spark plug change my car has been randomly having a mind of its own with a random OMP limp n all n random alternator underperforming and etc .

So yesterday I was driving in the rain and after the rain ended I found a nice open part of the highway and floored it and guess what the battery light and the eps light came on and I lost all power steering ..

And the issues went away when I was stationery and not revving and they come back when I rev ..

Got home let the car rest n started today n there was no issue .. read about the eps connectors getting corroded n cleaned them all and the car was fine .. gave it a few revs to 8k and I could see that jus at the top of 8k the bag light comes on and the eps comes on n the power steering goes away

Got a obd n read the battery
12v when off
13.8 when idling
18.V. !!! When revving

And I noticed that only when the battery power goes above 15 the battery light comes on n I loose eps sometimes just turning on more accessories like a n lights fixes it ..

So I probably have a bad alternator right..?
Does anyone know anything else about this
How can I fix my alternator .. is it bad to drive like this
Anyone has experienced something similar..
Any input will be appreciated a lot
Y'all R the only help I have

it is the regulator that’s built into the alternator is failing. You need a new alternator. There is no DIY repair. Unless you work at an alternator rebuild shop.
