I just finished installing my turbo kit and when I started it up j got engine code p1688.

When getting the exhaust manifold it kept getting stuck on the position sensor so I took it off and put back on as soon as I got the manifold through. Would the caused the engine code to go off if the sensor didn't go on in the same direction as when i pulled it off?
