P0302 after cleaning SSV

I just finished cleaning out and dealing with a stuck SSV last Wednesday. Drove it to and from work Wednesday night and Thursday night. As I almost made it to work Friday coming from a 60-35 zone I noticed it running rough. I checked to see if I was in the right gear and then pushed in the clutch to listen better to the sound because I had no CEL. As I pushed in the clutch the flashing CEL popped up and then the engine stalled.

I pulled off the tire today found a loose plug wire on the front leading plug. I pulled and checked all the plugs, put them all back in and tightened up the loose plug wire. Started it up and same thing. Sounds like a 2 stroke lawnmower and I get the same code.

Would something I did during the SSV cleaning cause this or is it just ridiculously bad luck on my part? Also the idiot question...which rotor is 'cylinder 2', the front or the back?

I know misfire is likely only plugs, coils or wires, but with just doing work I was hoping it was something a little less costly to fix and I just messed up last week.

Oh and its an '04 with 65k miles and no mods yet.

the rotor closer to the firewall is r2.
Most likely it's a plug or coil causing the CEL

Ya thats what I figured, but plugs all looked good and it just seemed weird that I just finished working on something. Figured I'd ask and see if someone had an idea on something I bumped/messed up before ripping apart stuff to get to the coils

And thanks for letting me know which rotor is which lol. Thats also my guess but my guesses usually turn out wrong
