This has been covered in many threads over the past 3 years. Apparently it is not uncommon. I suggest you search and read some of the posts. There are a several theories on the cause(s). I understand that the latest model years have a solution built into the intake system. Maybe you can talk your dealer into installing an upgrade?

yea i did a search and came up with a bunch of different stuff nothing really pertaining to a problem, il look some more tho. will this cause problems later? i read that someone busted there side seals and oil in the intake was a sign of that. if its just a common thing will it affect me when i go turbo?

I had the same problem and the dealer said it was because I was not using a funnel to fill the oil. It was true I was not. I started to use one and have so far not seen any oil in the air box. I plan to pull the system apart come summer to confirm.

As I mentioned, there are several theories on what causes this problem. For a complete picture you really need to spend the time to research and read the posts in this forum regarding oil in the intake system.

One thing that is of concern is that if the oil gets into the MAF/IAT sensor unit situated on the top of the intake pipe, engine performance may suffer--perhaps dramatically. If you go turbo, you will likely want to install a catch can. (There are threads on catch cans and cleaning the MAF/IAT sensor unit in the DIY section as I recall.)
