OBD Engine read... rough idle. Need thoughts

Ok so i'm trying to diagnose my rough idle cause (even though I think its the motor mounts). I have an 04 Grand Touring model with 77k on the original engine. All seems to be running fine. I change the coils, plugs, and wires about every 10-15k miles. Never flooded it 1 time! I just did an OBD scan on my laptop (posted is a screen shot below) and nothing is really standing out to me. Although i'm not really a mechanic or anything though. Can I get some thoughts on it though. Car runs smooth as butter when i'm over 1k RPM, if it sits around 800 or less its a little rough. I'll try and post some pics of the motor mounts later. Is my OBD scan SCREAMING something at me and I just don't know???? Thanks for any help.

PS: This is bone stock for now engine wise.

Have you checked into the stock intake setup? Cleaned the MAF sensor? checked all the connections involved with the intake. Looked inside your intake system to make sure the 2 mesh screens are align and not damaged? obviously checking the filter. May need to clean the throttle body. Reset the EShaft. Other than that, the motor mounts are definitely a good idea.

Intake air temp is 125? That seems high.

edit: I see the ambient temp is also 125. Was it really 125 out?? I'm guessing not because your coolant temp was under 200.

That may indicate you are pulling in hot engine bay air?

Outside temp was about 85-90 today (hot day for mid-october). I'll look into cleaning all the sensors and things this week. It does have a bad cat that's getting changed next week by Mazda. I thought that intake temp was a little high myself.

EDIT: That scan was pulled at IDLE about 5 minutes after traveling 20-30min at 4K RPM, so the engine bay probably was a little hotter. I should have stated that too.

To reset the Essentric shaft, does this require putting the key to the "on" position and pressing the brake 20+ times, and then starting?

Also, I want to clean the sensor of the EShaft, but where is it located? I've found where the MAF sensor is by doing a search on here, but I haven't found anything on here to locate the eshaft sensor.

I just ordered a new air filter, and I planned on cleaning the MAF sensor, and cleaning the eshaft sensor too. I'll also be changing plugs, coils, and wires too. I'll post up an OBD scan again after I get finished with it all. Hope to see my temperatures go down (although that could have to do with the bad CAT I have thats being replaced).

You can clean everything with brake cleaner.
Make sure you clean the MAF and the IAT sensors - don't touch the sensors themselves. Be careful with the rubber O-ring.
