Problem with oil pressure

Hi,
I'm Cristian, from Italy.
Sorry, this is my first post, I'm not a great writer, but I read this forum all days :-)
I'm writing now because I have a big problem with my rx8, and after days of search in the forum, I can't find nothing similar.
Before to start, this is the list of my work (just to know):
- complete rebuild with atkins kit (solid corner, cryo apex etc..)
- lapping and nitriding side
- 2 new housing
- street porting RB
- Thermal pellet mod
- rb sensor adapter (oil and water)
- oil pressure regulator mod (now back with stock)
- shon adapter
- RB flywheel
- exedy hd clutch

Now, can you help me to find this problem?
When I'm in 3rd or 4rd and reach hight rpm (6000-9000) this is what happen.

Oil from the pan go out in the catch tank, and after over all the engine (much oil, at the dipstick from near max to low the min). Before I had a return line from the oct, but with this problem is very dangerous.

Pleaasse, help me! Are 6 months I'm trying to solve the problem.

P.S.
Sorry for the english...luckily a picture talk more than thousand words

I would consider this.^

A little to much combustion pressure in the crank case.

Tested the oil pressure... nothing strange, all in the mazda range. Changed the filter again and removed the rb adapter. Nothing.

Could be the metal cut off seal set? Are the only parts I have reused. Was not in my kit and I have changed only the springs.

When you write "A little to much combustion pressure in the crank case." can you explain me better what you think happens when the oil go out? Can I do a test to be sure to locate the problem?
Thank you guys

Sounds like either your rebuild is not good, ie. your oil control rings are worn and were not replaced during the rebuild, or your porting went too far. Either way you will have to take it apart to check it all. When you open, pay attention to the areas where the ports come in close vicinity to the Oil Control ring Path, if there so much as a scratch, oil will seep into the intake/exhaust ports and could cause all kinds of smoke and issue. At the very least it would cause pressure into your crankcase which would explain part of what you are experiencing.

Best regards,

Chris

I would also be concerned the the lines themselves. I personally don't know much about the ratings or recommendations for pressurized oil lines, but I've read several discussions about how silicone hoses (which it appears you are using) are not sufficient for hot pressurized oil. Given where you have marked the spray points in the picture, it appears like the fittings aren't holding up under the pressure. If the oil pressure is actually within OEM specs as you state, then your hardware for the hoses is going to be the primary point to investigate for failure.

*I don't intend to imply that an engine rebuild fault would not be the problem, I simply don't know enough about that and how it works, and how it could affect oil pressure without showing a different oil pressure reading.*

Oh, that the is catch can line. If that is pressurized with oil then there is excessive CC pressure.

Ok, is hard to see with all the oil over the engine.
The blue hoses are for the coolant.
The red tank is for the sohn adapter 2t oil.
The blue is the catch can. The hose enter in the right, and (before) go out in the aem intake. Now, to prevent the oil again in the intake I plugged the exit on the left from catch tank, but to avoid the pressure in catch tank is there a hole in the cap. The problem is present with or without the return line or all the catch tank system. (this solution is only to avoid oil in the intake system)
Next week (if all the parts are here) I'll open the engine again and check. Tomorrow I have to install the digital aem gauge for the oil pressure and will see better the numers.

Other option.
Can be a wrong (large) end play of the eccentric shaft?
Is impossible to post all the photo, but if you use facebook you can see some step of the porting job.

I know, is not a very great job...but I'm a software developer and this is the first time I have opened an engine

P.S.
No smoke from exhaust, in neutral and 1 I can hit 9000 rpm without problem.
