Mystery connector, need some help...

I was installing my turbo kit and when wrapping things up i grabbed my maf connector to find that the wire that breaks off of that wiring is a connector that i dont know where. The pic shows what im talkin about.

Please help....!

I believe that is the VAD sensor ( correct me if I'm wrong) that belongs to the stock air intake.I bought my 8 with an AEM cai and this plug does not connect to anything on that intake.

Found this pic for you. This person stripped the shielding, but it goes to the module on the back of the stock air box. You may have removed it.

That shielding is not stripped actually, for some odd reason the later model RX-8's have the wiring like that without the shielding. I have noticed that on a few newer model RX-8's while mine is shielded. It's strange but I guess it probably saved Mazda $0.50.
