my rear Rotor lost compresion totaly

very sad news for me yesterday when i was driving on the high way my car lost power then could not rev or any thing well i need to keep my foot down so my car doesn't stop.

and after i lost power lot of miss firing happening no smoke at all and i found a park about 100-200m then i stopped then soon as i stopped my car stopped as well. try trun it on it starts but stops again stright away.

so i got it towed the car home and this morning Brettus came around. i turned the car on and it started up but it sounded like **** then, i reved the car up and see what happens and it sound even shityer sounded like lawn mower. then we change the plug and stuff still did the something.

so brettus said we should do a compression check so we pulled out the frond spark plug and put finger in the spark plug socket and check if there was compression frond one was fine it was good.
but then we tryed the rear rotor nothing totaly nothing we could not feel anything at all. it feels like nothing is move or anything could not feel anything at all.

look like my motor done just over 60000km and it dead.

sad but then the story goes and after all this i found out that brettus's motor was fucked as well.it how sad is that

You and Brettus need to combine parts to make one engine..and order another

Give us some history on your car. What kind of driving did it get, reg or prem gas, short trips to work mostly city or freeway, was it driven hard or never red lined, oil change interval, 5X20wt oil or what, pre-mix used, oil consumption, just anything you can tell us....THANKS

i brought my car brand new since then i been changing the oil every 3000km and changing the filter every 6000km, i use my car mainly for city drive , but once a month or two i track the car , last time i changed the spark plug was 24000km and the spark lead was on there for 30000km and i used 5w-30 oil's

but to be honest i know what sort of cause this engine blow it was the heat that it cause it.

i was a rotory drag (i wasn't racing) waiting to go out of the gate and i notice my water temp was going up really high like probably 120-130 C but when i got it on the high way the temp went straight down.

i really feel so stupid all these year i looked after my car but i was just careless that day.

but what surprised me was that the back rotor has no compression at all.

i really don't know what i want to do since it a 4port ay even after i spend the money it still be slow but maybe it time to buy a nice run around, and take my 8 off the road and make it in to project car. or just get it fixed.

at least i got time to think the car is going nowhere now lol

In the U.S. Mazda has increased the engine warranty to 8yrs or 100K miles. Did you call Mazda there and see what your warranty is?

This is exactly what happened to me with my last engine. I know your lawn mower sound all too well.

Did you get any indicators... warning light, temp guage?
