Motor type noise when ignition off
Hi guys. So this has happened a few times on and off for about 6 months now (maybe 3 times).
When I turn the ignition off after driving I get out of the car and I can hear a motor type noise coming from the front of the car. Its not the engine (car is off, no lights and its in gear). Not sure what the heck it could be. What I usually do is get back in the car, start the engine again and then turn it off. I do that a few times and the noise goes away. Any idea what the heck this could be?? its got me really worried.... |
Fans cooling your car off.
Totally normal. |
It is your fans. do not worry it is just the car cooling down

Thanks guys. Really appreciate the quick responses!
Now I can rest EASY :) |

As much as I love those fans, I also hate them. Every time someone comes up and tells me my car is running, I freak out and check my pockets for the keys. Every time, it's the fans.
