Liquid to Air intercooler

Just wondering if anyone knows much about them.. I didnt drain water out of my intercooler over winter . Water expanded and made 2 small cracks in it , got it fixed like new again . then had it reinstalled , everything is all good no leaks anywhere . this time put in a mix of 70 water 30 coolant.
I drove my 8 for couple hours other day and when i went to park it the intercooler was warm. before it use to stay cold after driving for that long.
also i cant see water moving like before in the water canister.
question is , could my water pump be damaged or something else?
please help
Thanks

yeah everything is fine ... car drives great , i just think that the water pump for the intercooler isnt working . i have a mazsport type 2 kit.
heres a picture of my engine bay . the canister on the right side is what im talking about .. before i parked it for winter , when the car was running you can see water flowing in the canister . now nothing water is still . and the intercooler use to stay cold before all this happend now when i drive it for a bit it gets kinda hot.
could the pump not be pumping water properly or not even working at all?
