Keyless entry :(
 

Last month my 04 FOB died. So ordered a 05 FOB on ebay. I cannot get any FOB to work on my car now. I tried reprogramming my 04 FOB, the 05 FOB off ebay, and my buddys 05 FOB. None of them work for me. I tried my 04 FOB on his car and nothing, I tried my 05 FOB in his car and it works plus his FOB works. So what could it be? Is there a Keyless control unit that could be dead?


btw my car is a 2004 his is a 2005.

I think there is a maximum of 5 remotes that can be programmed...with all the trying the different remotes...maybe you are over your limit. I'm sure that they can be deleted with the security codes on the WDS or IDS at a dealer.

Otherwise....could be ugly expensive :(
