interesting rpm problem? (Misfire)
 

So I did a full walk through of my Rex. I mean coils plugs and wires all ALL new I cleaned the MAF and ESS. Did the whole brake stomp and everything. But during a questionable test drive I was in 1st gear pressing the gas to slowly increase the rpms. I got to about 4.5 to 5k on the rpms before the CEL went and started flashing crazily for about roughly 10 to 15 seconds. After it went out I drove her real hard getting up in high rpms and CEL did not come on so it seems to only come on when increasing rpms slowly to higher rpms.... so I'm a little com founded ^_^ so any help on this problem or something similar would be perfect. Thanks guys

Anytime you have a blinking CEL, it is always a misfire. QC your coils and make sure your plugs are seated right, check for vacuum leaks, how many miles do you have on your OEM Cat-Converter(if you have one)? And take an hour or two and read these informative threads, if you haven't done so:

OK look I already read the threads I don't need a million people to tell me that. And yes I know a blinking cel always signals a miss fire. I aint stupid. I have done every thing in the threads that have something to say with the cel light.

IF someone has had or is having the same problem I just want to know.
So before anyone else replies don't tell me to check the same shit that I have already done.

Next time it would be helpful to list every thread you have read about your problem so the people you are asking help from don't upset you.

If you don't want people pointing you to a solution, why are you bothering to ask the question?

If it is happening, you clearly still haven't gotten everything. Go over EVERY point in the misfire thread, not "every thing in the threads that have something to say with the cel light."

I believe you had quite a bit of help a while back when you were asking a lot of questions that had easy answers.
I always appreciate responses even when I don't care for the tenor of them.
I have asked a lot of dumb questions and been treated well. There are more tactful says to respond if you don't like a reply.
It seems to me you only post when you have a problem, then don't follow up when you do get help.
