i need front right fender to be replaced.
is blending necessary for sunlight silver??....
they said they blend hood and door

 

The fender replacement will be pretty obvious if they don't.

 

any used car will need blending to be perfect

 

yes it is, if you dont it will be 2 different colors of silver

 

Another option would be trying to find a fender from a wrecked 8 in the same color.
The reason they blend is because the sunlight causes the paint to change/fade a bit with age so chances are if you find a used sunlight silver with similar amount of miles, it'll look pretty close and you won't have to worry.

if you can find a used undamaged original factory SS fender you will find that it will match good enough

 

You and I are in the same predicament... I've been scouting the forum of parts for sale for a complete passenger front fender. Here's the damage I have and since replaced the front bumper I bought from a forum member in Florida whom LifeAfterRx8 knows.
