1. how did the car overheat? did the needle start to move and you kept driving? (be honest)
2. where did you buy it? If it was a Mazda dealership, they might have records on their computer
3. how long have you owned it? how many miles have you put on it?

sorry to hear about the engine.
The dealerships asking for your maintenance records is standard practice these days before they will authorize an engine replacement.

1)They told me that there was a leak from the coolant tank, I drove the car couple of times with three stops, but it never reached the needle didn't reach the top.
2)I bought the car two months ago from a pinnacle nissan dealership, tried but with no luck
3)as i mentioned above i owned for two months only, i put around 2000 miles..

what do you think i should do? can i pull it off and make mazda change the engine or do you think should look for other alternatives?

try calling MNAO with your VIN number and tell them you'd like to see if they can pull your maintenance records.
there's a chance they can get that for you if the previous owner had it maintained at the dealership.

I tried that also, i printed the carfax too but it shows lack of consistency, ahhh i really don't know what to do......
Am pretty much stuck here right?? I Feel bad since I only had the car for 2 months and then it broke down and now I have no choices left...

Can ANYONE save me with a solution to my big problem???

Part of the problem is that even with maintenance records, you might be screwed. They can always pull the "we never warrantied that the engine could run without coolant" reason. And legally, they are right.

And unfortunately, a cheap rebuild isn't likely either, as there is a decent chance that you have pieces fused together under the heat. Your cheapest bet is probably trying to find a wrecked 8 that you can get the core block from, if you keep striking out with the dealer.
