Help Hesitation issues at 7k+

Hey guys, I'm stressing out over an issue I am having with my 8, Car idles relatively, always at 900 sometimes she may drop below 9 to about 8 nothing too bad. The issue I am having is, When I drive her hard she hesitates at 7k, If i put the peddel to the floor she will start to buck at 7k till I redline and go to he next gear and same thing. It feels as if there isnt constant power. Yet the car runs flawlessly in the lower rpms. The engine is brand new about 3100 Miles with A Aem CAI, Turboxs exhaust with racepipe. There is a slight knocking in the engine bay, just have always thought the sound was coming from the pulleys. I have no Codes what so ever. I had a P0410 code but as soon as i changed out my exhaust I havent an the code since. I have checked my plugs which will be needing a replacement, (slightly brown). I have changed my coolant, oil, transmission fluid over the past 2 weeks, still not sign of getting better. I am running 91 octane i recently tried lucas octane booster. STILL no help. My A/C only works sometimes if that helps? I dont know what else to say because The car is in awesome condition it is an 04, but this is my 2nd reman engine and I do not want to go back to the assholes at my local mazda dealer. please if someone can help me out here. I can try and take videos but my exhaust kind of drowns out the bucking/ hessitation noise. plugs wires and coils have only about 2000 miles on them. Thanks guys, RX8club always helps out in the best of ways and I will later on not be such a noob at the rx8. I Promise to never say im doing an Ls1 swap:dienewbie

So, you don't have a cat converter?
It could be your valves not opening https://www.rx8club.com/do-yourself-...-video-184663/

EDIT: Could also be your fuel pump

at first i thought Cat, but now i have no cat. then I thought SSV could be the issue, but wouldnt it throw a code if it was?

^Usually. But, I tend to "visually" inspect if I'm unsure, just to rule things out.
How many km's are on your car (not engine)?

my car body has 104000 km, everything on the car is new besides fuel pump and ssv
