help Coolant leak from end of the lower radiator hose

Here is the story, I have replaced a new radiator. Everything worked fine until a leak from end of the lower radiator hose that connect radiator was noticed. The leak is from the gap between hose and radiator outlet and Please see the attached pic for more details. If the clamp attached, there would be a gap. Without the clamp, it looks fine. My question is how I can fix this leak.
I assume it is because the hose is too large for the radiator? I do not know if a hose adapter could work or not. Please let me know if I am wrong. I have no idea if a malfunctioning clamp could case this or not. I
Thanks for any inputs and your time. Please bear with my weird English.

Looks like you are reusing old hose on an aftermarket radiator. It is possible that the diameter of the new radiator inlet is smaller then the factory radiator. The old hose has been stretched by the factory radiator. You could try to use adjustable hose band. If it doesn't solve it, replace the radiator hose.

Thanks a lot for the input. I will give it a shot.

Yes the factory hoses expand over time, they should have been replaced with the radiator anyway. You are already there, it makes no sense to reuse old hoses and clamps unless you know they have been replaced recently. That hose looks pretty old though.
