a short somewhere?
try to reset the ECU by unplugging the battery.

If EVERY SINGLE warning light is on and the power steering is going out, just about the only thing that I can see it possibly being would be either a CPU or an electrical problem. Could be a faulty wire or fuse somewhere that has made the whole system go crazy... But unless your wife somehow managed to screw up just about every part of your car without knowing it, the only explanation for all the lights being on would be CPU or electrical.

check your alternator

check the batter too! And the Power Steering connector, clean it.

He had almost the exact same problem as you.
Read through that and it should give you some ideas.

Good luck

got a call from the dealer he said it was the battery so i am kinda happy thats all it is .
i was worried it would be something expensive and the dealer thought it was something that would be hard to figure out so they got it in first thing this morning
Thank you guys for the reply's
