What edges are you referring to--one edge on each tire or both edges on each tire? If both edges are wearing more than the center of the tire, your tires have been under inflated for some time. You should be checking tire pressure on a regular basis. Tire pressure should be around 32 psi normally, but in order to even out the wear, you could run a few pounds higher pressure to shift the wear to the center of the tires until it evens out.

If only one edge--inner or outer--is wearing more than the other parts of the tread, your car has an alignment problem. In that case, have a 4-wheel alignment done.

Exactly what I would have said. If you decide that you have a pressure problem then check the pressure regularly and see if one or more of your tires are deflating. You may have a nail or some other damage (your problem) or it could be the valves (warranty issue).

If it is an alignment then your dealer should cover the alignment cost since you only have 2500 miles.

But take of the problem soon before the tires are ruined.

outside edges - tire pressure too low and/or improper alignment

inner edges - improper alignment
