Headlight question

On my way home I clipped a deer. It busted my bracket that bolted to the headlight and pulled the clips off of the headlight. It only pulled off the outer part of the headlight (it is black) it didn't pull off the clear.

I still have a fully functional headlight. Would I be able to buy a non H.I.D. headlight assembly and just fill it in with my current H.I.D? I just don't want to spend anymore than I have to. Thanks.

The wiring is different, I believe the housing is different too.
You'll need to modify it to make it work and that means bake it and drill it.
Might as well just get a HID headlight and save all the hassle.

More importantly H.I.D. And halogens lenses are not created equal. Putting a H.I.D. Bulb into a halogen housing while it may save you some money it will cause everyone you shine your lights at grief with the glare it produces. Do everyone a favor get the correct replacement lens.
