Hard idle when engine warm

When the engine is warm the idle jumps between 500 and 1500 rpm, and last couple of drives stalled out on me by idling too low. I had a compression test done and it is running perfect, and I just had the MAF sensor replaced and new wires put on. I also had a diagnostic done on it and there is nothing other than a very small leak in the EVAP, which I'm pretty sure i fixed right after the diagnostic.

Should I change the plugs and if it continues, change the coil packs since its not from the engine failing (compression and diagnostic show that), or should I re-flash the ECU because after resetting the ECU last fall (brake pedal 20 times fast) I noticed it began to do it a little.

If anyone has any ideas that would be great, thanks alot.

20 pedal stomp doesn't do anything, but reset the ESPS. If your trying to reset your air/fuel trim you need to disconnect your battery for about 15 minutes just the negative cable will do. If your having idle issues after cleaning your MAF then definitely need to check on plugs then coils last. Post back if you need help.

k, i will probably do the plugs next, any one have any suggestions about which plugs to go with? the only time it started idling weird was after the pedal stomps, which is funny, but it may just be a coincidence. thanks
