Hi just bought a rx8 revelation couple months ago.

Basically I was driving along the other night and I lost power when climbing the hill.

I turned off as to not get stuck on hill and it died I kicked over few seconds later and there was no issue it drove home like nothing was wrong.
A couple days later I cranked it over and again no problem oil ok coolant ok etc temp alright clutch fine was a little sticky few weeks ago but put it down to being a bit cold I was in a hurry.

Now I drove a few Km no drama then about a km from home it lost power again sounded very low pitched and coarse kind of like when a mower floods I guess.

I basically rode the hill down and parked it outside garage it then started billowing smoke looked like it w coming from around where the clutch would be the temp gauge never changed and all fluids are full any ideas kinda sounds like it is sucking too much air at moment and it sounds awful
