DSC /ABS Woes....
 

2004 RX8 GT 6sp
Mizu Radiator and Fan Pack, K&N verII, cat back( no name simmilar to MS), KSport Coilovers, Progress Sways.

So the ABS and DSC(squiggly car) light have not been turning off after starting and while driving. Ive done some testing and found the following but cant figure out a solution:

1) ABS and DSC are both inoperable when driving
2) Cruise Control works fine.
3) cleaned the Power Steering connectors
4) all resistances from the speed sensors are within limits
5) Steering Reset to no avail.
6) Disconnected battery and reconnected after 10 mins <- Usually its normal for the DSC to be blinking and ABS to be on for the first drive cycles or two right? but the DSC light is not even blinking or illuminated. The ABS and squiggly light are on as they have been.
7) all fuses are fine and brake lights are functional.
8) CEL blinks a few times when key is in ON position CAR is OFF.

i tried searching and reading everyones stories but its starting to trace back to the ABS/DSC module in the engine compartment. But i hav eno way to read the codes from it, my OBD scanner only reads CEL codes.
