DRL Issue/low beam problems

Just purchased a used 04 GT with HIDS

at the moment, usually one DRL turns on, sometimes two, it really is just luck - so I assume that's the DRL relay under the glove box

recently my passenger side low beam is now out, but my parking light on the passenger side is on, but also my driver side parking light is now off as my low beams are on for that side

high beams work 100%
DRL's are a 30%
driver low is 100%
driver parking light 0%
passenger low 0%
passenger parking light 100%

What causes this to happen? Is my passenger side low beam and driver side parking light bulb dead?
or is this a drl relay problem

i'm about to check fuses and bulbs now, but was wondering if there was something random, this is a new car to me so im quite the noob to the rx8

DRL module is fubarred.....the relays inside it fail....

Someone in TO was looking at fixing them..????

Hmm, so the DRL's control both the low beams and parking lights too?
i've never had DRL's so im also quite new to that

i always thought drls only controlled drls and really didn't interfere with the low beams

hUM....didn't read that carefully :) DRL uses the high beam bulbs at reduced voltage...so you might have a different problem...

Might be the bulbs...or wiring

Does your car have HID low's or halogen?

yeah i heard the drl will run the high beams in parallel for reduced voltage , my high beams work fine all the time

i have HID's, although I do not know if they are stock factory HIDS or not, there is no name on them and they are slim and silver, so im assuming they are factory ballast's

i checked all fuses, and they are good,

i havnt checked the bulbs yet because i cant seem to get my hand underneath the wheel well towards the light without jacking up the car

i also just realized that the passenger side has no fender cover guard, or that black plastic piece, and it seems that my passenger side headlamp area is getting wet, this could be me headlamp issue

also, where is the best place to jack up the car from the front ? is there a crossmember or designated jack up point?
