Coolant Leak & Disconnected Vacuum Hoses?

The past couple weeks I've been noticing a coolant leak on my car. At first I thought it was just a bad sensor as many people here have experienced, because it would go on/off/on/off quite regularly. But I checked the coolant and it is indeed low, so I bought some 50/50 premix and topped up. The light stayed off for a few days, but then came back. When I checked on it again it was low again, so I searched for a leak.

I was seeing small puddles under the front driver side, but I took out the air intake and couldn't see anything wet/leaking. I took off the under tray cover and noticed it was actually leaking on passenger side, but I guess it was running down the under tray cover and over to the driver side. I've uploaded a quick 5 second video that shows where the leak is coming from.

I am going to take the battery box out this weekend and have a look to see if I can pinpoint the cause of the leak. I've seen people mention a small 'nipple' near some of the rad hoses - does anyone know if thats on the passenger or driver side? Any other things I should keep in mind when looking?

Secondly - when I took out the air intake, I noticed what looks like a vacuum pump? With its hose cut...just floating around in the engine bay. Surprised I didn't notice any engine lights or performance impact. Any suggestions for how to repair that or where I can learn more about what it is?

Sounds like either the coolant overflow tank has cracked, or that radiator nipple, or (worst case scenario) a leak inside the engine is overpressurizing the coolant system and the rad cap is letting coolant bubble out.

For that second part, is a vacuum canister for the VFAD system. The way it looks now, it's creating a vacuum leak, since one end of it open to atmosphere. If you or the previous owner removed the VFAD, consider tracking that vacuum line all the way back to the intake manifold and capping it there, so it's completely closed. Else connect it to the VFAD, which is inside the front bumper. The VFAD makes little difference either way.
