am doing a process of elimination

problem - low rpm rough idle around 850rpm intermittently

So, with that, your pic doesn't tell us anything at all.

Have you tested the coils with a timing light and/or coil tester?

no but planning to do that today, thanks man

No, I think you are on the right track with the coil testing. The symptoms fit, plus the general guideline is replace all 4 every 30,000 miles (along with plugs and wires) and it sounds like you are well past that.

Mine idles at 750 rpm. But doesn't fluctuate.
