Clutch Slave Cylinder Dead?

Today on my way home I went to shift and the clutch pedal went all the way down to the floor and would not come back up. I coasted into a parking lot and got out, trying to figure out what was wrong. The clutch is engaged with the pedal all the way down, as I could could pop it into gear while I was coasting to get it into the lot. I looked under the car and it looks like it might be leaking where I assume the slave or master cylinder is, but my car's lowered so it was kinda hard to tell.

I'm wondering if maybe (hopefully) there's a chance the fluid is just low? Its between full and low, so I wouldn't think it would lose pressure like this. Does the clutch system naturally lose fluid over time? I don't see how, but I wanna cover all my bases before I have it towed somewhere and spend a bunch of money on something I could probably do myself. I'm thinking the cylinder is busted, because of the leak. If anyone has any suggestions it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

When you blow out the master cylinder, you tend to see the fluid coming out where the clutch pedal's push rod goes into the MC.
The slave cylinder (or any connections to) is another possibility.
You really just need to jack the car up and start looking/feelings for where the fluid is coming from.
