stage 3 act clutch problems ?
i believe that my clutch is going, when ever its in neutral and i pop it into first the car stalls, only happens when it wants to and after first gear it sticks into second but after second it shifts perfectly. work done to the engine is a full intake and stage 3 act clutch, do i need to replace the clutch and if so any info on where i can pick up a clutch for a decent price ?

more likely that you have tranny issues than anything else. synchro's and forks are known weak points.
also that clutch is FAR beyond what any NA car needs. hell its more than most boosted cars need. using that kind of clutch when not needed does nothing but bad things to the car, and the driving experience
more info on your car - year, milage, maintenance, etc...
and perhaps a better description of the problem.
i read that in neutral the car idles fine, but in 1st gear with the clutch in it sometimes dies. correct?
and that also the 1-2 shift "sticks" correct?
(note that these are most likely 2 entirely unrelated things)

both correct, and now when i put it from neutral into first it made a grinding sound so i didn't even try to force it has about 58k on the engine no where near on the clutch and a recommendation to downgrade on the clutch ?

well i cant really think clearly right now for the constant puking of bile i have going on here... but:
it grinds going from neutral to 1st while sitting still? if yes:
its maybe not the most likely, or maybe it is dunno, but i'll bet you arent getting the clutch fully disengaged due to a bad clutch pedal bracket. these things are a known design fault already, and pressure plate that increases how "heavy" the clutch pedal is simply strains the weak part more quickly.
the torque capacity for that clutch kit is over 400ft/lbs... i dont think i've seen a dyno of any boosted 8's that made over 300ft/lbs, and NA cars are MUCH less(like 150 range). this is from their own website on this clutch:
but what you want in your clutch is up to you i dont care.
the car stalling... any CELs, do you have the means or know how to check things like MAF sensor readings?

Also switch to a softer clutch if you can! Exedy's stage 1 will be more than enough and will also be way softer on both the transmission and the clutch pedal assembly.

well like we said, 1st check your clutch pedal bracket and broken or not, get it welded. you can find the threads discussing the details everywhere with a search for clutch pedal bracket. and loose the nuclear overkill clutch kit if you have no specific desire for wanting it, since you certainly dont need it and it can only be detrimental.
as for the stalling... without more information or feedback from you on CELs or MAF readings etc - i wont even try, theres just too many possibilities
