CEL on Need Advice

I own a 04 rx8 MT w/ 49k miles on it. Just looking for some advice on how to fix it or if it's still covered under warranty.

Just got home from autozone and had them read the CEL code. Came back with codes P2004 and P0562. Did some research on the P2004 and apparently if I drive it hard at 7.5k RPM for a few tanks should fix the problem. With P0562 can be caused by replacing/removing the room fuse or disconnecting the battery, but I'm unclear on how to fix it.

Been a bad week for my 8 uncle moved my car out the garage to do some cleaning and ended up flooding it. Had to spend 30-45 mins in the rain to get it to start again. After finally getting it started I replaced some burnt fuses which could have led to P0562, but I'm not really car savvy to know if it was caused by something else.

yeah that might been the reason, some bodyshop flooded my 8,and after getting to start the CEL and air bag light came on, the CEL disappear after disconnecting the battery for a few minutes...

I'll try disconnecting the battery after work. Hopefully it stays off, thanks for the info too btw

Well, after doing some hard driving the CEL went off, didn't even have to disconnect the battery. Just hope it keeps on going!
