Angry CD Player/RCA Input not working

Hey guys, first post on here, I've mostly just been lurking, bought a 2004 GT 6 spd in titanium grey and wanted to research as much as I could before I bought it so I familiarized myself with it pretty well.

Anyway, back on topic, recently my clutch pedal assembly failed, in a parking lot thankfully, and I had it towed to a dealership, now before the CD player/RCA input worked absolutely fine, i think the rca input was wired through the cd changer way because hitting the cd button would switch to using the rca input, but there was no blank cd ever in it and it always played fine and normal (i think i read something about having a blank cd full of pure silence was needed) but ever since i got it back from the dealership, neither the rca input will work, the cd changer will not load or respond if i hold down the load button, if i load a cd, it reads the cd but ignores it and goes back to playing whatever radio station/input mode was selected before putting it in, and it does not respond every time i hit the cd button, i feel like the dealership may have tampered with this, but i see no reason why they would have. Does anyone have any insight into what could be wrong?

Have you done any basic troubleshooting, like sticking you head under the dash (particularly in the area of the repair) to see if there are any disconnected wires?

Yeah, I took a look under it, saw no wires that were out of place or anything, everything seemed connected.

Try turning off the Auto Volume setting's. That might work. That is what jacked my radio up.

Would I have more luck reposting/having this moved to the Interior/Audio/Electronics section maybe?
