Car is inoperable...HELP
 

So for the past couple days i have noticed i have been getting considerably low gas mileage and my car smelling like raw fuel when i get out after driving it. looked underneath and the driver side tank has fuel on the side of it. i took the rear seat out and looked at the fuel pump. a whole lot of gas sitting on top. it leaks where the line plugs into the nipple. all the seals are good and when i plug the line onto the nipple it clips in and is in there good with no play in any direction yet when i have the car on it is having a constant stream about the size of a single headphone wire. im am not sure anymore of what it could be. please help me with anything you can. i have searched and read other threads on fuel line issues but no longer give me any other options to address. i want to get this issue resolved as soon as possible because as of right now, i am no longer able to drive it and it is sitting in my driveway :( any help is appreciated.

Likely the nipple on the fuel pump assembly...a number of them have been known to crack and leak..
