Argh loss of power + blue smoke (lots) and vid

Was having a fairly spirited drive today, lots of redlining and skids etc. After downshifting and planting my foot into the floor it lost power and a huge cloud of blueish smoke came out the exhaust (immediately think apex seal gone), then power comes as normal till it happens again later on when pulling away hard in first. The only thing that i have tampered with recently is pressure washing the inside of the arches so it is very possible that the spark plugs/leads got drenched? would this cause these effects, im gonna take it apart this week and clean everything off. also engine was flooded <2months ago so possibly the spark plugs are fouled. Is there a way of cleaning them?

video of skids;

If blue smoke is coming out, your oil control seals might be gone. I'd get a compression test. To clean the plugs, you can use a wire brush and some gas or another solvent. I did that a while back and it worked pretty well. Just make sure to clean them off really well when finished.

The blue smoke wouldn't be caused by spark plugs though. That's oil burning. Check your oil level and see if it's gone down significantly.

video is now fixed. i hear what you say, ofcourse there is no way of knowing whats happened for sure without a compression test but im hoping maybe some people could speculate from experiences before i drive the 100 odd miles to get the test done. I forgot to mention the first time i had started it after pressure washing it spluttered a lil, sort of misfiring for the first couple of seconds before smoothing out.

i took apart my intake and cleaned everything there was huuuge amounts of oil in there from where i had overfilled it im guessing, would harsh driving cause more oil to be sucked through the "crankcase" breather? ive just bought an oil catch can which will get fitted this week hopefully.

You might be lucky in your dumbness... Just take off the oil in excess and see if it still does it.
If it still happens.. your dumbness just cost you an engine :p
