Hey Cacophany here (driving an 04' named Obtuse)


Well I just recently got my car back from the shop.. and now is running very smoothly, properly, and as it is supposed to.

But after getting a new Clutch, Tranny, and Engine (with new pressure heat treated inner shielding) I am wondering if there is anything else I need to look out for... As I was able to heads up the 3 major fixes before the problem got too bad... Also All of the recalls attended to.

I have cruized the topics and see the same issues I used to have and nothing new or out there. So I am hoping that, that will be it.

As having my car in the shop for constant 1 month intervals during the seperate repairs, I was getting some serious with drawls.

I don't think that there will be anything else, and the mechanics and tech praise me for driving her as you are supposed to, so I don't have to worry about any deposit build ups. But after that nice *rolls eyes* string of warrenty and recall work, would rather be safe then sorry.

You should be ok. For now there are no big probs like in the past. IE; New engin due to out of date flash, coils went bad.

What shop do you take your car too?
I'm in Vegas too up by sahara and Towncenter. 04 WB TSW wheels. You should come roll with us that will take your mind off your with drawls.

You shouldn't have a problem but if you do it's worth going over to Paradox in AZ for some expert repairs.

Hey Dominion, Long time no see. Used to haunt the races alot w/ Vegas Bound Racing, and went to a Thursday Meet in China Town. I used to not have a right side mirror. The Green '04'... ;)

Well That is wonderfull to hear.
So just have to keep an ear out to make sure that my new parts behave themselves. At least I don't have to worry about anything else. (Well... That we know of anyways LOL)

Finding the treasure of a shop manual will help lots. too. :~D

O yeah, and I go to the Henderson Automall Courtesy work on my car as they are close by...
And they have learned how I am, and don't bullshyt me anymore (could be cause I got the last guy fired for playing games w/ my poor car) Cedrick prefers to deal w/ my husband and is afraid to talk to me unless he has progress to report. :~D

Always get told of awesome shops in calli and ariz. *pouts* but living in vegas sucks. Esp. when one is broke, and having to support hubby and new kid on the way.
