Another Non Starter... Not looking good :(
 

Hi guys, always found this forum great for solving minor problems and now I've a major one I could use help with...

Over the last few months the car has regularly refused to idle when hot. Starts fine from cold and idles then but after a while dies when stopped in traffic.

The other morning I started it and was texting when I noticed it was rough, then it almost sounded like it went on to one cylinder (I know I don't have any but that's what I'd liken the sound to) then cut out. Wouldn't start again...

I've never had flooding issues despite not letting it warm up before stopping in the past
No performance issues recently either.

It's a 2006 with 80,000kms on the clock with a decat. I've never changed the coils, had planned to as assumed the non warm idle was down to that but theyd hardly all go at once would they?

Gonna try deflood in the morning cause I did move it about 5m the night before but that hasn't been a problem in the past as I said...

Any other suggestions welcome!
