3 engine codes What do they mean?...any advice?

CEL came on couple days ago so I got around to geting it checked and It came up with three codes:

P0336 - Crankshaft Position Sensor A CKT Range/ Perf

P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1)

P2097 - Post Catalyst Fuel Trim Bank 1 System Too Rich

I assume I need either an 02 sensor (F/R i dont know) or a new cat...? But I have no idea what the Cranksaft postion problem would mean... The car is an 05 At, no problems starting or idling or anything of the sorts, just not the best gas mileage...

So what do you experts / ppl who know engine problems n codes make of that?
Any advice is Greatly appreciated?

the position sensor controls the ignition timing. if its faulty or misaligned etc you can have poor combustion leading to the O2 sensors telling you that you are rich or lean.

the first thing you should try is the reset for the sensor. with the car off, turn the key to ON, stomp the brake pedal at least 20 times in the next 10 seconds. Keep an eye on the oil pressure gauge, when the needle makes a sweep then you have done it right. turn the key to off.

have the codes/cel been cleared? if not do that before the sensor reset. then take your car for a drive and see if they come back. if they do then you'll need to either clean or replace the sensor.

I actually already did it once before about 2 weeks ago, at that time it was only the cat sensor one.

Would something like this be covered by the warranty?

Yeah I had already done it once hoping it would go away before I put this up, they came right back up. about 2 days later.... Im thinking my o2 sensor has carbon buildup on it, but Idk what to make of the crankshaft sensor

2 Attachment(s)
then the eshaft position sensor needs replaced or cleaned. thats your next step.

Oh ok, where about is that sensor (L,R,F,R of engine)?
Should I do anything to the cat / o2's

theres a diagram in the 2nd pdf that shows a pulley in the upper left of the diagram. thats the main pulley on the front of the engine.
