2004 rx8 shuts off during long drives
 

Info i have on car (its not mine)

120k+ miles on
coils were recently replaced
had a bad cat, but replaced with race pipe, still have OEM exhaust
SSV was just done (cleaned)
Motor mount was replaced
Maf cleaned
Solenoid valve replaced (air pump)

I can drive the car in town all day with no problems, stop and go all day.
Once i get on the highway and cruise for about 45 min. the car just shuts off. I can push the clutch pedal in and it starts right back up. doesn't hesitate on the start. Fuel pump has good pressure. No check engine light for the issue

It would be easier to find if it had to wait for the motor to cool down but for it to start right back up has me confused, it will shut off 20 times and start right back up 20 times with no issues

Any other suggestions on where to look?

I will be taking the car out tomorrow with accessport and do a datalog to see if we can find the dead spot in W/E the cause may be.
