04 rx8 no center console\radio at all

Hey everyone.
Great to be in the RX8 club after driving pro5 and mazdaspeed pro's for years. Have to say that I absolutely love this car. But here is my situation.
Got the car home, shut it off, and the next AM, took about an 80 mile drive and back home. Went out to my car later in the day and it will not start. Won't even crank. Accessories come on, EXCEPT the radio, ac controls, and the display above the radio etc.
As mentioned when starting the 8, it does not even attempt to crank. Battery is brand new and has been tested good. Car will not jump or charge. But I can pop the clutch and it starts right up. Still no radio or ac controls etc. As soon as I shut the car off and try to start, no go. no crank no starter tick nothing.....Pop the clutch, off I go.
I have checked every fuse in this car, that includes the cabin and engine bay.
I have my baseball bat loaded in my car to meet the dealer in the AM. But as long as I have been working on cars etc (Novice mechanic), I have never seen this. I miss my radio and a/c as I live in GA and its 300 degrees right now, so I am desperate to get the car starting correctly and my center console electronics working again. Anybody run into these problems? Any advice, info whatever would be greatly appreciated. I am ready to start modding, but I need a decent base machine before I do so, and everything is great except the non-starting and radio-a/c issues. Thanks for letting me join and sorry for the verbal diarrhea.

Hehe It's not 300 degrees.... was only 280 today.

You've blown a main fuse about the only thing I can think of...

I suspect it's the main power 120a fuse but it could be something else...

Where in ATL are you?

This is the start circuit... If you solve your problem here it should fix your other issues.

Best guess on what you've said and staring at the schematics for a bit.

if u checked all the fuse and nothing is blown and u turn the key on, everything comes alive but it just won't crank (starter not moving at all)

check your ECU connector. I had this problem that was something like urs, everything works, it just won't crank. took a trip to dealership, left said cannot find problem, then went to gas station and car is dead again, tow back, then they did a very long test and found ECU connector's pin not fully seated (I didn't touch it, dunno why)

Thanks GeorgiaBII and nycgps!

The main fuse sounds like it is going to be the culprit.
However I am awaiting the dealer to call me back. I took it in at 7am today and absolutely raised hell. Soooo.......
I have been assured they will fix the issue at no-charge. Well, here it is almost 5pm and no phone call, all I get is voice mail and I have no idea how my 8 is doing. I miss it so, even without the radio and a/c,.....well maybe the a/c is a serious problem.
GeorgiaBII, I am in the Buford\Dacula area and commute to the city daily. you around the metro area? And thanks again everyone for the input. Can't wait to update y'all.

hey guys i am having the same problem i tested all the fuse, fuse r all good i had to get a technician on my 8 case we found out that the ecu was the problem so i send my ecu to get it fix. i now know that if ur car is taking to long to start never let di battry die out on u r it could cause your ecu to blow a resistor or a diode
