Well, crap... rx7 Plugs and related issues?

So after spending the last 1.5 hrs, searching odds and ends, I noticed some recent rx7 plugs threads that seem to contradict each other. I used the rx7 plugs for about 5-10K when it seemed to be an acceptable alternative. I never had an issue, but they just didn't feel as snappy as the OE plugs... Well, much to my suprise I came across some threads stating the trailing plug was a no-no as it will distort the housing! I didn't notice any odd marks on the trailing when they were removed and inspected awhile back. (I use OE now) Is the damage done or is there a chance I didnt indent the housing?

having ne done 2day. previous 2 were at a cranking speed below 200, about 170, so they were invalid. They did show the first 2 numbers about .3 below the last on each rotor. where would it show up? I know that 1 real low number usually means a side seal issue.
