Its a non issue. Do a little searching and you will see that milky fluid can be found on the dipstick during colder weather.

Condensation builds up in the oil pan during cooler weather. If your that worried about it call Mazda and see what they have to say about it. Typically you will see a milky substance on the dipstick.

Where are you located?

+1 it happens to everyone it seems, not enough heat around the dipstick to evaporate the condensation, thus milky stuff.

Why would you give water to the oil?
Ok i was joking ;) because this is a Do It Yourself Forum, you posted it in the wrong thread. :)

It's fine we all have it. You don't have anything to worry about. The worst part of it is that it makes it hard to read your dipstick. Other then that don't worry about it.

It is normal, you will not do damage to the engine

When my oil is like that, There is no way I can tell what my oil level is. Can some one tell me how to check it then?

Dipstick out, wipe it and put it back. Do this process six times.

There's a thread that explains this in detail, nothing to be worried about :)
