Walmart can cut programmed keys for the 8 now...
So, can they program and cut the switchblade key? Or do I have to go to the dealer to get it programmed? I only have 1 key and my fob died. : |

Walmart can't program your keys, they can cut them, thats about it.
U need 2 working keys to program a 3rd key. So if you have only 2 and one is dead. you have to go thru dealership, if u have the new, uncut key ready, they probably just gonna charge you an hour of labor. thats about it. |

yeah i just had to go thru this. i paid 95, and i brought my own blank keys. good thing is for 95 they cut and programmed both, since after you have 2 it's easy to program. if you only have 1 key just let the dealer do everything

Just thought of something though...Walmart can make me a 2nd key and with that 2nd key, I can program my 3rd key and the fob...
Would that work!? At $160 for a program job from my dealer, $50 and a 3rd key is a steal! |
