vibration while at high speeds.

hello guys i have a quick question about the a slight vibration on my steering wheel. every time that i hit about 60and higher i start to feel a vibration, anyone have any ideas?????????

are your tires properly balanced? Are the lugs on tight? (108ft lbs tq)?
