Hi, sometimes when I crank the engine cold I see the TSC light flash as well as the headlight auto leveler flash. sometimes it doesn't flash.

both lights stay off after starting the car... just wondering why it flashes sometimes

 

You have an electrical connection problem. Disconnect the battery cables, clean the posts and the clamps completely, then reconnect and make sure they are seated well before you tighten them down.

 

thanks I've done this in the winter but I suppose another try couldn't hurt.
