trouble starting
I got my car Oct 18 and have experience twice now that when I tried starting my engine it wouldn't for the first crank then 2nd try it works.
Most of the time I have to hold it cranked for a good 2 seconds for it to start. Does anybody know if I have a problem? |
I've noticed it sometimes starts slow... gotta let it crank a bit... I think it only happens if you go straight through the RUN posistion to START. I think the fuel pump doesn't run long enough to get pressure (had this problem on previous cars)... Key is to just go to run for a second or two, then start... this seems to work every time for me...

Wing?? can't remember... but yeah, this has been addressed in the past, this seems a good solution. i'll leave the thread open for you to post your result KTM. |
