Storing in summer

Hi all,

I will leave my new 07 stock RX8 with 18" Potenzas in the garage during the summer for a month. The temps oustside will likely be in 90's maybe 100's and inside the garage about 10-20 degerees higher. I have read about storing it in the winter, but summer proposes its own challenges so I have a few questions.

If I over-inflate tires to abot 40PSI, will that be acceptable in such high heat? If I lift it any suggestions what should I put it on?

Second, the battery suffers from heat as well as from cold, should I disconnect it and if I do what kinds of resets might I have to do when I come back? (I know about the radio, but on my previous Honda having the battery disconnected for a long time caused a CE light to pop up)

Third since the oil will settle in the pan, any particular startup procedures before I crank it for a first time after a month? Should I change the oil after I come back or before and after? Why before?

Any experience in hot weather storage will be appreciated.
Thanks and sorry if it has been asked but summer storage didn't show up in searches.

Leave the tires at about stock pressure, 32 or 33

Fill your tank with the highest Octane gas that u can find.

D/C the battery.

You can change the motor oil if u want. but a month aint that long.

when u come back, u just need to check the tire pressure and maybe change the oil.

Thanks folks,

Yes, I was thinking about trickle charger, and I read a bit about parking it on cardboard as to minimize flat spotting - never had low profile tires before..

If anyone else has any other suggestions or more importantaly actual experiences that would be great.

Thanks again
