Haha cool pix but you should use www.imageshack.us and resize them ;)

Which SeaFoam method did you use?

Lord ET 03-14-2010 11:37 AM

YEah. I usually resize before I upload, but I was from my iPhone his time so I figured it would be small enough... Not so much. It does however fit on my widescreen monitor perfectly.

As far as the method used, I just printed out pages 3-5 of the lack of power TSB and added the two cycle oil step after waiting an hour for the seafoam to do it's work and before plugging the esps back in. It took a good 15 minutes for the engine to stabilize and it sounded awful. But it runs great now.

Your Racing Beat exhaust is telling you to clean it... lol

Thats how a seafoam treatment should look. Do you still have the cat on?

Lord ET 03-14-2010 05:27 PM

@Brandon: I did clean them once I turned the car off. They were nice and hot (aka 'easy to clean') Hell, I even polished Steve's exhaust tips.

And yes, I still have the CAT on. It sounded so terrible when the engine was stabilizing. Like rocks were rolling through my exhaust!
