You would appreciate it even more if you knew how much effort it took me not to post my first thoughts. That said, the posted response fits the questions asked because it's not worth the effort to explain to someone who is totally in the dark on the subject on all of the technical and financial complexity behind why their seemingly simple idea isn't.

Maybe start by reading all of the failed engine reports in the S2 forum area. If you still insist on having an S2 engine it will be cheaper to just pony up for a trade than end up of with a bastardized hybrid that nobody in their right mind would ever be willing to pay what you put into it. This is primarily true on most any engine swaps. So if you are dead set on something other than an S1 Renesis then at least choose an engine that provides you with some type of gain in return. An S2 Renesis is about the worst choice possible with regard to value.
