Rattling in engine maybe?
 

I think my car might need a tune up but i have an '04 rx8 and sometimes when i accelerate quick or drop a gear i hear a rattling noise in the engine like somthing is stuck and loose in there. Has anyone had this problem? and can anyone show or explain to me how to change spark plugs?
