Question on engine replacement
 
4ports engine are no longer in production. The only option now is the 6 ports. So is it possible to replace the 4 ports with the 6 ports for the 4AT?

Guess it is gonna be tricky but has anyone done it?

The engines that Mazda are replacing under warranty are rebuilt. So there are no reason to put in a 6 port, and it would not be easy or cheap.
