Please help

I have a 2004 rx8 mt.About a week ago i install an air filter kit APEXI.Now i have this kick at about 4000rpm.Before i was all normal.The only modification i done is the air filter kit.How i can fix this please help

I didn't even know Apexi made an intake kit for the 8?

Well try putting it back to stock, if it works, then you know your intake is junk. If not, then you f-ed something else up

Make sure the little vacuum pipe (right below the throttle body) is capped off properly.

People who take off the stock box and all it's tubing often miss that cap.
