No Spark
 

New D585 Coils (Real AC delco Coils)
New ESS (Reset done. "20 Brake stomps")
New Igniton Condenser
Plugs and wires are good
Grounds cleaned and checked

Engine has good compression. I checked with the "Rotary Engine Compression Tester." Fuel is good. Timing is unchanged.

Not sure where to go from here. Any ideas on where to check next for a no spark or very weak spark issue?

What do you mean by "very weak spark"?
If there is no spark we have to consider the ECU, timing, etc. If there is spark but it's weak, we can eliminate all of those and focus on why the coils aren't able to provide good spark. Much smaller set of potential causes.

I believe there is a very weak spark. I have to check again to be sure though. This time I want someone to crank the car while I use a multimeter on the harness plug leading to the coils to check for proper voltage.

It's hard to measure voltage after the coils but using a plug tester or using the old fashioned (pull the plug out and ground - see spark) is enough to ID whether you're getting spark to each plug. Just don't forget to pull the fuse on the FI - don't need a fire or flooded engine. Has: (1) all grounds been checked and cleaned, (2) main fuse clean (contacts not corroded), (3) plug wires are new/good or just have continuity, (4) plugs/coils wired properly, etc?

Most common issue with aftermarket coil installs is crappy grounding.... so check that.

Check the power to the coils as well. Often you can get voltage but not much current through a crappy relay.

Other than that the usual things apply...
