Keep blowing room fuses..
 

Ok well today I decided to install the door hinge that holds the door out. Because a few weeks ago I removed my lambo doors and installed the old hinges back and didn't want to take the door panel off.
I did every right when u remove the door panel. Disconnect every connections etc. take off the boss speaker to connect the middle hinge. And reinstall everything.
After that my room fuse was blown, put the spare in and instantly blown. Put a 20 in and blown. I went inside and my friend put a 30 in and it worked than started smoking-.- idiot. Lol
I went to advanced and bought 5 more fuses and the first one worked for about a few minutes than blew. Put another one than blew. And another one and it lasted another few minutes.
I did the disconnect negative battery connection for 10 mins to reset the BCU and nothing..
Help would be appreciated. It's very stressfull.

Stop just stuffing fuses in. You've got a short, and they'll just keep blowing.

You need to get your continuity tester out and connect it between the output side of where the room fuse goes and ground. Then start disassembling what you just worked on. Keep disassembling and examining every wire until you no longer have continuity.

u cut something in the door wiring harness sucka.

The problem is where you were screwing around with the harness...likely a pinched wire that is shorting to ground.....


PS: the fuses are blowing for a reason....NEVER up the amperage to a fuse to keep it from blowing....( well almost never ;) )

If you took the doors to pieces, then 99% it's like dannobre says.

Room fuse does all the inside lights, including trunk, control illumination and dimmer mirror.

Classic place to have a short for that fuse is the mirror lights on the sunvisors.

I forgot to put that the dash resets everytime i turn on the car also, BCS flashing

You're lucky you didn't set the car on fire. Start disaseembling and looking for whatever wire you damaged.

Also try to find whatever it was that smoked when you put in the 30 amp fuse. Hopefully nothing too expensive.

No kidding. :)

For starters, you're looking for a wire with cut insulation, probably pinched by something, somewhere in the area where you worked on the door. Or maybe a wier you didn't re-connect that's laying against the body.

If you know where the smoke came from, look around for anthing that might be singed. That won't be the cause of the problem...just collateral damage from sticking in the bigger fuse.
